Last Repayment (Korean: 마지막 보은; RR: majimak bo-eun) and its weaker variant Last Compensation (마지막 보답; majimak bodap) are supplementary skills that come with the (Perfect) Caregiver title. They give the title holder an influenced target's skills and abilities upon the target's death.

Origin[]
This skill is earned as a supplementary skill of the title Caregiver (and its variants).[1][2] It is unknown whether it can be earned independently of the title. However, the close relation of the Caregiver's role combined with the implication of kindness being repaid by the target of Last Repayment makes this unlikely.

When a target who has been emotionally influenced by the keyword of the Caregiver title holder dies, their skills and stats are transferred to the title holder. These stats and skills are also doubled in strength.
Unlisted effects[]
In addition to the skill and ability transfer, some of the target's memories are also transferred to the title holder. The memories transferred are specifically those regarding the target's feelings and experiences with the title holder,[3] and seem to tend towards instances where the target felt positively towards the title holder.
The more memories a target has of the title holder, the faster the holder is able to adjust to the transferred stats and skills. This implies that the muscle memory and skill-using instincts of the target may also be subtly transferred along with the memories regarding the title holder.[3]

Synopsis[]
Upon Han Yoohyun's death at the hands of the Rauchitas, Han Yoojin receives his abilities for 1 hour through Last Compensation.[1] In the webtoon, immediately prior to this, he also receives Lim Seokwoo's skills when the man dies to the Rauchitas.[4]
Han Yoojin uses his Caregiver skills on the Krecke Blackie; when it's killed by Kim Woojae, Last Repayment transfers its abilities to Yoojin for 7 days.[3]

- The words used for "Compensation" and "Repayment" both mean to give back to someone who had given something to oneself formerly. However, the word used for "Repayment" specifically means a repayment for kindness, with the implication of gratitude.[5]
